    Restart once its fixed then run the Setup.exe as Administrator

    Vistaking I did what you suggested but I get the same message that a problem was encountered. So no install.

    This is what is on the disk. As you can see it needs MUI.msi
    Which seems to be missing on my pc. There is no SP1 on the disk.
