Outlook Emails not deliverable for certain users
I'm IT and work at a large hospital. We run office outlook for users here and have run into a problem where a certain user (dr) cannot send mail to another (nurse) but if the (nurse) sends the email to the doctor it's deliverable but not the other way around. Now if the doctor actually replies to that first email sent by the (nurse) then the email does go through. It's extremely random and cant firgure as to why it will send if sent first but not sent if the (dr) tries first. Any help would be appreciated
