Which advise you followed has fixed your problem. If it is specified then I may be able to comment. What do you meant by only one that did not work. Please little bit elaboration would easily convey the meaning more quickly

Hi,

I meant that the Help files for all the other Programmes in the Office10 suite were working correctly, and ONLY the Excel Help was NOT working
