Changing the name on your Office account

I have a technet subscription and installed Microsoft Office 2013 on my PC. When I launched Microsoft Access, it shows a name and email on the top right of the application. Is there any way to alter the information on there or hide it?

    Thanks,

    Jon

Option TWO from this tutorial (Office 2013 "Sign in" and Cloud Capabilities - Turn On or Off) will turn off "Sign in" link and cloud capabilities (SkyDrive, Office 365 SharePoint) in Office 2013

Cloud capabilities will be completely turned off, you will be able to save and load files ONLY to/from your local computer.
