Hi Vlanti, welcome to the Seven Forums.
  • Open Account Settings
  • Select the account you want to modify, click Change
  • Click More Settings
  • Select Advanced tab, set delivery options a you wish
-outlook_leave_message_on_server.png
Changing this will not be possible if your account is set to use IMAP protocol.

You can check the account type in Account Settings:
Name: 2013-08-12_010735.png
Views: 1
Size: 12.3 KB
If the account is set up using IMAP, the only way to change it to set it up again, this time using POP protocol, and then delete the IMAP account.

IMAP keeps your mail synchronized; when you delete a message from server it is also deleted from Outlook and vice versa.
