Outlook 2010 - Q with Syncing two WinLive Calendars Within Outlook.
Hi, Has anyone done this before? I operate a few different Live accounts within Outlook and would like to sync two of those calendars together, save me typing the same info twice. I've searched the tutorials and can't seem to see anything here related. Just wondering if anyone knows of a syncing feature within Outlook that will allow me to do this? Cheers.
Issue solved. There's no automatic syncing but in the Calendar folder of Outlook (with my main calendar open), I can then check a second calendar from the Navigation pane to view both calendars open on the one screen. I then just grab the appointment from my main calendar and then click-drag it across into the other calendar. Outlook automatically assigns that appointment it to the corresponding date of the second calendar.
If I'm at my office and set an appointment in my Outlook calendar there, I just forward it as an iCalendar to my personal email address. Once opened there, I can click-add it to my personal calendar. All good.
