Adding fancy borders to docs

I have 2010 on two machines and 2007 on two other machines now leaving the 2007 for the time being I have searched high and low for how to add some of those really nice fancy borders you can download into the program itself or is there a way to add the border after the document is finished or before it is typed up for that matter?

I am asking because I found this really nice parchment printing paper and want to put poetry on it.

Best thing to do is put the background pricture in "page heading" so it will be on all pages. Put picture "behind text".

Thanks fellas I think I have an idea - I have been inserting pics and I reckon if I download some of those nice Celtic and medieval borders I maybe get around it that way I just wasn't sure how to import them into Office.

Library Docs vs. My Docs
Why is "Library Docs" different than "My Docs"? I created a new folder in "Library Docs" and put some stuff in it. I was trying to find it in "My Docs" but it doesn't exist. Whats the deal? Thanks. Daryl

Borders
Hi. I'm wondering if you guys know how to make any good-looking borders (for, for example, signatures.) I usually just: -Select canvas -Modify, Border, 2px -Fill with *color* -Done Not very awesome borders there.

Fancy Schmancy 7 Visuals & Functionality
I read somewhere recently that MS has decided to remove the window previews from the taskbar by instead just having a list pop-up of currently open windows. Aside from whether that is true, I am wondering what that means for the built-in neat factors. Example, the window previews were fairly...
