    Outlook 2010 exchange account ,,,,search not working proparly


    How can I re-index Outlook 2010?

    Dear Experts

    I have got windows 7-64 bit with outlook 2010 retrieving my work email ( exchange)

    Recently I realized when I search outlook sent folder nothing get displayed.

    Initially problem was with " Search Tools --> Indexing status ".

    I followed the instruction in the ink below :

    But still I am having same issue

    There are two common solutions of this issue:

    1) First verify within Outlook and Windows that Indexing is turned on for Outlook or not.

    2) Delete the users Outlook profile and then recreate with the wizard selecting cached exchange mode just like you would have done first time.
