Suddenly I can’t open a very importnat word document!!! HELP

Hi, I can’t open a Microsoft word document, when I try to open it its shows me that:
“This file cannot be found try one or more of the flowing
Check the spelling of the name of the document
    Try a different name”

If I try to copy it it shows me:

An unexpected error is keeping you from copying this file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Error 0x80070570. the file directory is corrupted or unreadable.

I have very important documentation in this file and I don’t have a backup. Can you please help me solve it?

    Thank you in advance

Try to use a repair, and then replay what happens.

All files of any importance need at least one backup copy. Files of particular importance need 2 or more backup copies. Having no backups is asking for trouble. There are many way to loose files, not all of them are preventable and not all can be recovered.

A few days back, some of my DOC files get corrupted due to improper closing. Later, whenever, I tried to open it, it showed message depicting, it can't be opened since, it is corrupt. To resolve such issue I used Remo Repair.
