I tried GOTJ's fix but got the same access denied error message
Is there a way to reset all permissions to default?
Do you think this might solve my problem?
Irene the OP has Office 2010 Pro Plus Enterprise Edition. This is normally bought by large organisations for licensing multiple computers & requires a special license for this.
I think his problem is related to this.
Husaberger where did you get this copy of office 2010 & do you have the appropriate license for it. If you don't have the license for it then you are in using it illegally.
I also use the HUP Office suites. I have never experienced any problems of this nature.
