Aleben, welcome to the windows 7 forum.

What is the font that your trying to print? It could be that the font is not available on your printer.

What printer are you using and what font is your word document in?

If memory servs this happened to me once but with word 03` on XP using a deskjet. In word had to set text color to black instead of automatic.

Also have a look at Print Options and check the 'Print Background Colors and Images'

Thank you for your answers.
I did set the color text to black but still does not work.
My printer is a HP Photosmart C3100.
In the picture below you see the word options for printing.
Is there anything wrong?
Thank you
