Adding Publisher and Outlook to Office 2013

I was wanting to know if there was any way to where I can add Publisher and Outlook to my Office Suite without having to upgrading my whole Office to Professional I have the Home and Student Version

Sorry but outlook and publisher are part of the office professional or the business version of Office 2013.

the prices for both of those are $30 less than the home and student edition why are they so expensive for, is there a way that I can upgrade my whole suite cheap

Not really, if you are a student they offer some discounts but it isn't much of one.

Perhaps you could consider Office Home Premium 365, which is available on a monthly or yearly subscription. It has Outlook & Publisher as well Access if you want a database.

the thing on why I don't want to do that is I already paid for the Home and Student version of Office and I am getting ready to start college in August do you think I can upgrade to Office Professional for free or not
