Please can you advise how i make multiple recurring meetings ( 2nd Tue of the month) but at different locations each month .

Your request is very light on detail. I assume you are using Outlook, so can you tell us if this is part of Microsoft Office what version you have.

thank you . that kinda helps-only you have to enter room numbers - we don't have room numbers just centres( there are four of them)

four centres
meetings rotating each month
ABCD then ABCD etc
