    AppHangB1 - error outlook 2010 does not responding

    Application Name: OUTLOOK.EXE
    Application Version: 14.0.4760.100

    I got this error only for outlook 2010 in Office Pro when i try to send email.My outlook freezes and does not responding.
    I disable plug-ins and i boot in safe mode and still gets same error.
    I have Windows 7.
      My Computer

    I disable plug ins and run into safe mode and still gets the same problem.
    My outlook its exchange.
    Do you think that it can resolve by make a restore on previous point ?
    Or do you think is any trojan,virus etc ?

    What anti virus program are you currently using. Try running a full scan with your AV & see if it finds anything.
    Read through & download Malwarebytes as shown n this tutorial & then run it.

    Certainly try using a Restore Point.

    Also try repairing Office 2010, to do that open Control Panel, select Programs & Features, scroll down to Microsoft Office 2010, right click on it & select Repair, this should open a couple of repair options.

    Is your Office 2010 up to date with Updates.

    Office its fully update.
    The solution is system restore to be sure.
