Category, company and location are grayed on View (MS Outlook 2010)

    Category, company and location are grayed on View (MS Outlook 2010)


    Hi,
    I would like to show a specific category on my contacts list. When I hit "View" I can see three options, Category, company and location (term may not be exact since my MS Outlook is a Hebrew version), but all three are grayed.
    How do I make these option available for use?

    p.s. My MS Outlook is a Hebrew version. All lablels are in Hebrew.
    The label to the right of "iCloud" is "View". The gray terms below are "Categories"' "Company" and "Position".

    Unfortunately, no. It's my own outlook, even though it's connected to an exchange server.

    Have you tried right clicking on the Outlook Icon & select Run as Administrator so Outlook starts with you as the administrator.
