Outlook 2003 - Links

HP 635 Laptop Win7-64

Each time I receive mail I have to approve links in order to open mail.

How can I, if indeed allowed to, delete this function?

I use windows live email program.. i approve sender or domain user.. do you have that option ?

And outlook does not give you any options to approve email ?
