I really appreciate all your help, your time and thoughts. As it turns out, the problems is a defective 64 bit Post Script Print
Driver from Xerox for Windows 7 for the Xerox 6180N Color Printer.
After hours on the phone, we tried the PCL Print Drive and everything worked.
I also have a 8550 and the 64 bit Post Script Print
Driver works for that printer, since I just finished testing assumming that I would have to change that as well.
So again, thanks for all you help!
