Windows 7: copied paragraph has square boxes in between words.

copied paragraph has square boxes in between words.

after a copy and paste form either word, outlook or wherever doesnt matter. I post my paragraph on our internal story site and it comes up with my paragraph as it is suppose to but there are Square boxes were empty space is suppose to be what is wrong with it? I have attached what i posted on the site as a pdf

Could be there is a missing Font somewhere between the source and where you are pasting it or in the saving as .pdf.

Try this - Copy it first into a Wordpad and then recopy from there.

this ended up being the issue.

3 ... in the paragraph are not recognized by sharepoint 2013 for some reason character issue.
