Hi
I have send emails out to my adress book using my groups instead of sending it individually. There are people that want to unsubscribe. How do I find in which group the specific contact is without searching each group manually?
I have like 30 groups with about 80 adress in each. You can imagine how long that is going to take manually.

When I've seen Groups being used they usually carried part of their name as what the group was such as Quilting, Fishing, Skeet Club, etc. If that was done it should narrow down the search but might have to reply to the request and ask which group or groups the person wants to be removed from. It's a lot like unsubscribing from other subscription sites like newspapers, etc., have to choose/click on which to unsubscribe from.
