Outlook 2013 keeps prompting for Office365 account credentials

I have two issues, they are somehow related:

1- Am always prompted to enter the account credentials for an Office365 e-mail on MS Outlook.. without even closing and reopening Outlook, am suddenly prompted to enter the credentials, no network disconnection occurs during this time

2- The second problem is that I have to enter the credentials 4 times before it gets connected again! it is similar to what happens when the password is wrong, however, I just check the remember password and click on Ok 4 times and am connected

    any suggestions for both problems?!
Solving the first one might ease the impact of the second...

It seems that this issue is mainly caused because the PC is not part of a domain.. and it will not be..
hope this piece of information would help...

Did you previously has Office 365 installed. If so you may have to make sure you have completely uninstalled it.

You could check that you have Office 2013 updated fully. To do that open any Office program, select File, then Account & then you will see Office Updates, click on that & select Update Now. This will start the update process & you can continue working while that occurs.

Also you could do a an Office Repair. Open Control Panel, select Programs & features, scroll down to Microsoft Office 2013 right click on it & select Change & that will show a couple of Repair options to try.

After you have done all this, shut down your computer & restart it. This often helps as well.

Right, thanks for that info. If you are not part of a domain why do you need the 365 e3 plan. I am not familiar with the e3 plan, but I do use Office 2013 Pro.

As you employed by a company that has supplied Office 2013 Prop Plus for you, if so you could ask them for help with this problem.

Managed to solve the issue, it was caused by a password mismatch between the O365 and the AD password, password was changed on the O365 and the Sync is from AD to O365 (one way)
