Microsoft Word Icon Problem

For some reason, all of my word files are using the miscellaneous file icon instead of the Microsoft Word icon. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Actually it's not just Word, it's all Microsoft Office programs and others including Live Messenger, Skype, and Adobe Reader 8.

Your icons are most likely missing because they were stored in:

C:\Windows\Installer\{GUID}

If a software deletes these folders icons will be missing.

See my posts in: http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/51078-microsoft-icons.html#post474320

I added a ZIP file with the Icons for Office 2007 in the above Thread.
