    cannot open pictures


    I cannot open pictures in Outlook. Windows picture viewer maybe corrupted or missing files. How does one correct this issue.

    Your description of the problem is a bit vague, but I assume you are referring to pictures received in an email message. Also you haven't mentioned which version of Outlook you are using. Anyway have a look at these websites for a possible solution.
