    Hi,

    I have Outlook 2003 on all my pcs and it worksfine. All of a sudden, my W7 Pro dsktp does not display the SEND TO option when I rt clk on a file on my HD.

    The image attached should give you "the whole story"

    Surely it's something I did?? and didn't know the all the effects.

    If there is a solution, please advise.

    Thanks for the tip. It worked ALMOST.

    I chose & used the download method and below is a screen shot of the process & results.

    Did you reboot your computer after you had made the changes, that often helps when changes have been made.

    You could also rerun the repair again.

    Thanks for the very good instructions on how to reset the send to function. Below is an image of what I did
    to no avail.

    What did I do wrong?

    Your middle screenshot shows the Properties of the reg file that you downloaded from this tutorial.

    Did you complete step 4 of the tutorial?
    4. Right click on the downloaded .reg file and click on Merge.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the tip.

    Yes, but there was no merge button.

    Do you have any idea what would cause that as it's the first time in 30 yr of using OE, Outlook I experienced that?

    Using Windows (file) Explorer, right click on the file that you downloaded from the tutorial and select Merge from the context menu.

    Hi,

    I'm going to have to put this "send to" problem on hold as I'm in in the middle of trying to network 2 computers.

    I will read the tutorial again & follow it after the my network is up & operating properly.
