Is there a max number of addresses in a single Outlook '07 e-mail?

I have an e-mail list of 210 addresses for my club newsletter, which contains a PDF attachment of about 3.25 MB. I never figured out how to add multiple names to an Outlook contacts group without having to enter the addresses one at a time, so I have been cutting and pasting a quarter of them into 4 separate mailings.

My question is, can I pile them all into one e-mail message, or is this something I need to ask my ISP, Time Warner? I don't want to run a test mailing, as these old guys(I have gray hair too) are too easy to confuse already without me sending them e-mail tests.

Thanks
Rusty

Some ISPs will see a large number of addresses in a single mailing as being SPAM and your account may get blocked. First thing to do is contact your ISP and get info from them as to single send limits and total send limits per unit of time.

Following that you can establish your mailing list(s). I don't know the upper limit for Outlook but I know it is high as my former employer had huge mailing lists.

You might also look into social group sites such as Google Groups or Yahoo! Groups.

Yeah you're right, I wouldn't have believed it until I tried it, but good answers do pop up on Yahoo sometimes.
I'll post back with whatever I figure out.
