Outlook 365 'Windows Search Email Indexer' Add-in not adding in?

On the View and Manage MSO Add-ins, the referenced add-in appears under 'Disabled Application Add-ins.

Select the add-in, click 'Add-in Options' up top, returns 0.

Go to the next screen, 'Add-in available', check the empty box adjacent to the referenced, Ok, close/open OL, and the referenced is still deactivated and the checkbox is unchecked.

The add-in does not appear in the 'slow and Disabled COM Add-ins that would allow you to 'enable' even is it loads slowly.

Got any ideas?
