Export Outlook Express WinXP to new comp Outlook2007?

Hi guys,

I have an older machine with Windows XP and its got all my emails in Outlook Express.

I bought a new machine that has Win7 and Outlook 2007. I want to move my emails from outlook express into outlook, what is the best way to do that, from Win Xp to Win 7?

I would say by backing up the .pst files and using outlook on the 7 to put them back at their place.

I don't know about the express though as I have never used it, but it shouldn't be too different.
