    Security updates


    We have Microsoft Office 2007 installed.

    InfoPath, Powerpoint, Publisher, Word.

    Are we vulnerable to security holes in, for example, Excel?

    Should we install all Microsoft Office security updates?

Alright Basically I've been having a hard time of late trying to install updates on my laptop. The security updates for Office are below. I've tried numerous times to install them when I've restarted the machine or just when I'm first logging on and all that happens is it gets to a certain...
I don't even have MS Office Suite installed ... do I need to install the security 'patches' ? What is confusing is that IE security updates are necessary for Windows even though I don't use IE.
