Outlook 2003 Crashed by Outlook Connector (V12.1) on Wi

I installed Outlook Connector (V12.1) on Outlook 2003 on my home computer (Windows 7 Home Premium). After the installation, I opened the Outlook, Outlook starts, my Windows Live Hotmail account appeared in addition to my main e-mail account (sbcglobal.net). However, my mail account failed to work and the hotmail account does not work at all. When I clicked on Tools/ email accounts, I got the following error message.

"The operation failed due to an installation or registry problem. Restart outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall. Could not complete the operation, one or more parameter values are not valid."

So, I un-installed the Outlook Connector first then un-installed Outlook 2003, and reinstalled Outlook 2003 alone. Outlook starts, the connector folders for my hotmail accounts together with my main account are still there, no mail downloads and I still get the same error message. My outlook 2003 can't even sent any e-mail.

You don't need outlook connector to do this... Just setup your Hotmail account in Outlook just like any other POP mail account using:

    pop3.live.com.
    smtp.live.com

    Port: (POP3) box, type 995.
    Port: (SMTP) box, type 25.
Server requires a secure connection (SSL)

    Hi gstong Welcome to SF

Do you use any other add-ins with Outlook ? If any try to disable all of them except Outlook Connector
Make sure Outlook is SP 3
If you have any Anti spam add-in disable that as well
