    Problem With Outlook 2007

I have a customer who is having a problem with dragging an attachment from Outlook to his desktop. He has a decent system with 6GB of ram Win 7 X64 running Office 2007. The problem is that it takes a minute or so for it to copy over, where it used to be almost instant. Any help is appreciated.

No that defiantly is not the problem. I was wondering if maybe the HDD is failing? I need to go back over and take a better look at the machine. Thanks though.

How big is the attachment? If it is a large one, it will take time, especially if it has to be downloaded from your email providers server.

Just standard word and PDF's. That's what is confusing me. They are not big at all.

I don't have access to the machine at the moment. I will have to get back to you on that.
