Windows 7 - Cannot open Outlook 2007

Hello:
I am getting an error message telling me that the Windows Outlook Window cannot be opened. I tried starting in safe mode and that didn't work either. Please help.

I tried running Mircrosoft Office repair and that did not help. The screen pops up for a millisecond and shuts down and I get the error message. Please help.

When you say you tried starting in safe mode, do you mean you restarted the PC into safe mode and then tried to run Outlook as usual, or that you started the PC as normal then attempted to run Outlook in its own safe mode? If you did the first (i.e. rebooted into into safe mode), try instead booting the PC as normal then typing

outlook.exe /safe

in the Run box at the bottom of the Orb menu and see if that fixes it, then please report back

Ok Let's try this Start > Run > Outlook /resetnavpane

If the above does not work. I suggest doing a full uninstall and then rebooting. Then reinstall as normal, and hope that fixes it.
