Kayuza, welcome to Windows 7 Support forums.
The issue "Appcrash" is known issue due to the corruption of the winword.exe trying to execute a corrupted template file. Locate the template file and remove or rename so winword.exe will not execute the file. The file you need to delete is normal.dot
Use the search feature in Windows 7 to locate the file.

    Regards,
    Adrian

    kazuya,
Can you fill in your system specs please via User CP - [Left hand side] Control Panel - Edit System Spec. This may enable us to better help you.
Remember you are using / testing a Beta program. By definition it is less than perfect.
