Outlook 2007 won't startup

I have installed Office 2007 Professional. Word and Excel work fine, but Outlook won't open. It aborts with the following error.

"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Outlook cannot start because a data file to send and receive mail cannot be found. To add a data file, such as a personal folder file, double click the Mail icon in Windows Control Panel."

There is no Mail icon in the Win 7 Control Panel. Any help is appreciated.

From outlook 2007; unable to open your default e-mail folders

"You could try going through Control Panel \ User Accounts and Family Safety \ Mail \ E-mail Accounts and create a new account there.

If you have configured an e-mail account and the problem is still there you
might want to go to the Control Panel \ User Accounts and Family Safety \
Mail \ Show Profiles \ and remove the current profile and create a new one
with a new name.

Thanks, that helped. I was able to start Outlook and setup an new account.

However, now I'm not receiving emails to my inbox and when I send a new message I get an error "The operation failed. An object cannot be found." Also, when I click on Send/Recieve, I get an error about "Out of memory and system resources"

Looks like I can use more help!
