If you don't believe me do office2007sp2-kb953195-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:"C:\Folder where you want to extract the files" and look at the date and read the EULA... Or just look at the digital signature of the office2007sp2-kb953195-fullfile-en-us.exe installer; it's dated from ‎Saturday, ‎December ‎06, ‎2008 9:56:08 PM and I doubt Microsoft would release a RTM supposed be released this month with an installer that was digitally signed 4 month ago. We would have heard of the SP2 gone RTM long ago otherwise.
