Accidentally changed a .pst file association

I was trying to look into an Outlook 2007 .pst file with Notepad in Windows 7 HP. Guess what... I didn't uncheck "Always use this program..."
I don't know what to re-associate it with.

    Any help would be appreciated.

right click the file again and choose "open with" . relate it back to outlook and check the box that says always open with.

It had a different icon from Outlook, so I assumed it had a different association.

Is there such thing as a file with no association? Could I just go to the registry and delete the notepad default that I accidentally set for it?

I botched the system screwing with the registry, and I restored the Acronis image I saved last night. So, this topic can now be forgotten.
