Windows 7 - Insert graphics into labels

I am trying to insert the same jpeg graphic into a sheet of 30 labels.
I went into Word 2007 and selected the label ribbon and the Microsoft 30 label sheet.
But there does not seem any option to insert graphics, only to type in addresses.
I would like to know if its possible to do this.

Yep you can do it ....

1. create the new label document (pic1)
2. insert your image
3. make sure the image is selected (pic2)
4. go back to "mailings" "labels"
5. you will see the image is highlighted
6. click on new document (pic3)

All done

Just the job.
