    Really mad at outlook

    Okay.

Got Outlook, it's all set up with my email addresses and seems to work perfect. Unless I try to send an email through my @live.com email addresses. I'm getting this error when the emails bounce back. I'm hoping someone here knows how to stop the error so my emails go to the intended recips.

I don't think it is an Outlook problem; I think it is an @live problem. It appears to want you to log in before you can send an email. Check your log in information in your Live mail account in Outlook.

ok i'll do these things. i can't tell if it's outlook or not because when i log in online at hotmail.com they've never given me a "puzzle" to solve to send email. why would a microsoft product not communicate well with another microsoft product? (oops stupid question!)

I have not had a problem at all with my Hotmail and Outlook. I have never used Live mail. But Outlook will go directly to your Hotmail account.
