Where is the Mail Icon in Windows 7 - 64 bit in Control Panel for Office 2007?

I using a network computer in a Windows domain and it does not show User Accounts and Family Safety category.

OK. Open the Control Panel and change the View by: option to either Large icons or Small icons.
