Where's Outlook file stored?

    Where's Outlook file stored?


    We have Windows 7 Ultimate installed on our work computers. I need to strip one down & reinstall everything... but I'm not sure where the Outlook file is stored that has the emails, contacts, etc. on it so I can save it first. Can someone lead me in the right direction?

why is my user file stored in TEMP instead of the name of the user account?
In XP they were in Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures. But in Windows 7 I'm not seeing them. OR, is there an easier way to create a signature using xhtml?
