    One and maybe

Last I knew, MS limits one to one installation on one machine if one has not purchased additional licenses. MS even regards a mobo upgrade as a new machine and, thus a new license is required. Right!

    Hello Jeremy,

It depends on the license terms of the version of Office 2007 that you have. For example, Office 2007 Home and Student comes with three licenses, meaning it can be installed on 3 different computers.

Since you called it a retail license, you can do this as many times as you want, as long as it is one computer at a time.
