    Outlook 2007 Columns


    i have 2 email accounts (different providers) set up in outlook 2007, but i'd like to have a column showing me what email account the email has been sent to.

    windows mail had this (think i had to tick a box for it to show), but i've looked in the options/customise etc and can't see anything

    You can do this two ways.

    1. you can create a sub folder and create a rule to send emails addressed to the second account to that folder.

    2. to add the column, right click on the bar listing the column heading > select Customize current view > click the Fields button. At the bottom of the list, select To.
