| | How to download bank statements OK...I give up; with Windows 7 and IE8; when I log into my bank account and try to download the pdf file of my statement; it says that it cannot do it for security reasons. I've tried everything I can think of. What do I have to change to allow it to download these pdf files? Thanks, / GE |

| | Ken, I'm using IE 8.0 and the error message I get after clicking on the Icon to download the PDF file is: "To help protect yur security, Intenrt Explore blockedd this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options"; but when I click there and then click "Download File " nothing happens. What is UAC...let me know and I'll let you know. Thanks in advance, / GE |

| | Welcome, Try this Tools>internet options.security. Change the classification of the site to trusted. UAC is user account control, just type change user account control in search and you will be able to ascertain its settings. |
