How do I open multiple Excel 2007 files in separate windows?

    Hello,

    If anyone is still looking for easy fixes to this try the following:

    Identify the ICON for EXCEL, either in the start menu or the drive folder.

    Click it and allow the window to open, then click it again to open a separate instance of Excel.

    Then open the documents you want to work side by side with from within the separate windows.
