That's what this forum is all about.
What you are asking for may or may not be possible.
Have you done a help search in MS Office 2010?
Yes I did, but found nothing about this issue!

Window Color and Appearance Shortcut - Create

Here if nothing else is an interesting read.
Maybe what you are asking for isn't available.
If someone you know has it ask them where they got it.

You are changing the User Interface for office 2010 NOT just for Word therefore you will find that the changes will affect ALL applications that use the interface.
Alright, this is what I'm wondering about! Why changes in Word will affect Excel for example or outlook or other programs?
In the previous versions of office (<2003) this stupid feature was not there! each interface was different from each other, for word, excel, outlook or powerpoint....
It was nicer in my mind!
But now, any change in the interface of Outlook or Word for example (pay Attention I say Word not office!).....this will affect all interfaces in the other programs!
So, I ask why this stupid feature in office 2010?
Office is not only Word, and Word is not all office!
User should be able at least to INDIVIDUALLY customize different interface for the different programs in office suite!
Why user has to use the same interface for all office programs?
If someone doesn't like this stupid feature, what he could to do after paying to MS?
Why MS imposes us ONE and ONLY ONE interface for all programs?
    Garbage !

You need to be reasonable about this, if Microsoft built all the changes and customization that the millions of users around the world want the program would need a 1 tb hard drive to install it on.
Microsoft have allowed quite a bit of customization in Office 2010 and have not gone overboard with it.
