Windows 7: Win7 x64 and Office XP Pro Problem - Windows Installer Keeps Running

I just rebuilt my box with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate installed. I installed Office XP Pro with a custom install. Ever since then Windows Installer keeps running for it over and over even though all of the CD files are on the HDD. I've tried removing from add/remove programs and doing a complete install but it still won't go away. Any help would be appreciated!

What do you mean by "all the CD files are on the HDD". It sounds like you copied the CD to the HDD, which might be causing the problem since the CD has an autorun.exe that will make the installer run every time the computer realizes its there. If i'm mistaken, please explain what you mean. I've never seen a problem quit like that but will be glad to help as best I can.
