need help with pictures library

    need help with pictures library


    there are thumbnails icons of photos but when i try to delete them is says that the photos can no longer be located. i did already delete the actual photos but the thumbnails remained in the pictures library. please help!

    Right click on thumbnails and delete them that way.

    Thumbnail Cache - Clear and Reset

    Maybe give this a try.

    it did delete the thumbnail image but there are still thumbnails that are a standard flower replacing the actual image

    can u help me with something else, there is a empty folder from a uninstalled program in the programs folder in the start menu but it does not display anywhere else

    i did fix it by removing all the locations where the photos were then i added back my photos location and they were gone

    If there is nothing in the folder I would delete it. Right click and delete.

    same thing with the pictures, location cant be found and i tried the disk cleanup as well
