MediaMonkey Runtime 9:47 Error

Any ideas? I install it all correctly, but when after I select what files to be associated with it, it says, "This Process can not access the file because it is being used by another process"

I had a similar problem some time ago and I am pretty sure that I did a Java update from here;
What is Java Update?
BUT PLEASE WAIT FOR A BETTER BRAIN THAN MINE TO LOOK AT THIS AND CONFIRM THAT THIS ACION IS OK! I am not certain that this is what I did and I should hate to cause you more problems than you already have.
