Video Thumbnails missing

My thumb nails for every file format is just the generic video file icon. This is very very annoying when trying to video edit. If you have a solution for just the .MTS file type that would help ALOT.

Hello Brandon,

The MTS download in the tutorial below may be able to help. It will restore the default associations for it in Windows 7.

How can I restore missing Video thumbnails? (Windows 7)
My thumbnails usually have a "screen cap" of what the video is. Now, it just look like this (see attachment below). It's only with my videos that I'm having this problem with. And, it's not just "some" videos that doesn't have a thumbnail, it's all of them. What can I do to fix this?
