photo + video presentation

Hi,
I need some help...
My problem seems very simple...
I have 500+ files in folder. Most of them are .jpg photos + some video files (wmv, mpg). All files are sorted by filename so I can show my "presentation" in alphabetic order (01_route.jpg, 02_photo, 03_photo, 04_video.wmv, 05_photo,...).

So Im looking for a program-player to play all my files from directory! Yes, WMP is perfect but it plays my files only in "slideshow" mode and sequence between two photos are always 04sec - this cant be changed (not even in registry editor...unbelievable)!!
Irfan view is also good, but video playback is jerky (yes, my computer is good enough to handle HD videos...)

So player MUST be controllable by me - press a key to show next/prev photo/video.

HELP!

Hi! arturobandini, welcome to W7F

Just off the top of my head, have you considered Picasa?

The last I remember the slide show timing was variable.
