Top rated photos? How to rate them and add them to Top rated photos?

My Pictue Library contains about 37gb (18000 files). They all are indexed in Personalization > Library.I rated a lot of photos in specific folders like Wallpapers. But I also rated some Travel photos.Not all of them are displayed in Top rated Photos.
I have no clue why, its a pretty clean windows Installation.
sfc /scannow didnt give me any errors.

You say you rated them. You change them in Windows Explorer by clicking on a photo, adjusting its rating in Details pane and clicking Save button? That is correct way to rate them. A Guy

I know how to do that. Strange thing is that newly created pictures which I rate are being shown in TOP Rated Photos.

Picture which I have had for years and I tried to rate them dont appear there.

Is there a way to tell windows to reindex? Or is there a registry hack?
