Can't play movies or open many pics?

I have Windows 7 Pro 32-bit and just recently started having trouble viewing videos and pictures open very slowly if at all.

I have the latest versions of Flash Player and other softwares. Video will start to download and will play for a few seconds and then starts "buffering" indefinitely. I tried to do a malware scan, but the software needed to do it won't download either.

I tried to download this update as well, Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile for Windows 7 x86 (KB982670), but keep getting an error message Code 80072EE2.

Please HELP!! And keep in mind that DOWNLOADING is an issue.

    Thanks in advance!!

the error you received is also related to connectivity:

You may encounter temporary connection-related errors when you use Windows Update or Microsoft Update to install updates

can you try starting in safe mode with networking, to see if the problem persists?

Its not connectivity, other computers aren't having that issue and it just started a week ago with no changes in service. How to I obtain system specs and network setup? Im far from an expert so speak slowly please. :)

OK, so apparently I did have a virus and got my computer cleaned but the problem is still persisting. However, when connected to the internet at the store its not a problem so maybe it IS connectivity issues. Any suggestions?

i suggest you fill in your system specs and give a detailed description of your network setup (at home and at work).
